A client of mine that was struggling to make changes to her nutrition read this book. It was then that cutting back on sugar and making sustainable changes to her nutrition became a lifestyle change. Not the feeling of deprivation, not a fad, not a 30 day challenge, but true commitment to healthy habits.  This book may not be for you but if you are trying to make changes pick up some reading material that will remind you what are working towards.
